Thinking for a Change Facilitator's Training

This immersive 32-hour, five-day in-person training equips participants with the knowledge and skills to effectively deliver the Thinking for a Change 4.0 (T4C) curriculum. Rooted in cognitive restructuring, social skills development, and problem-solving strategies, T4C is an evidence-based program designed to support behavioral change in justice-involved individuals. Five Behaviors® of a Cohesive Team:
Personal Development Workshop
This highly interactive program explores the core behaviors that drive team effectiveness, based on Patrick Lencioni’s acclaimed Five Behaviors® model. Participants will build awareness of their own teamwork styles and learn how trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results impact team success.
Prior to the session, participants complete a personalized Five Behaviors® assessment, which provides insights into their individual tendencies and areas for growth. During the live workshop, they will review their profile results, engage in facilitated discussions, participate in reflective activities, and identify personal strategies to strengthen collaboration across diverse teams.
Through self-awareness and guided application exercises, participants will recognize how their behaviors contribute to or hinder team performance, and develop an action plan for applying the Five Behaviors® principles to real-world team situations.
This training is for professionals at any level who want to elevate collaboration, improve team dynamics, and drive better outcomes- whether they lead teams directly or contribute as team members.
