Five Behaviors® of a Cohesive Team
Personal Development Course
This highly interactive program explores the core behaviors that drive team effectiveness, based on Patrick Lencioni’s acclaimed Five Behaviors® model from his book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. Participants will build awareness of their own teamwork styles and learn how trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results impact team success.
Prior to the session, participants complete a personalized Five Behaviors® assessment, which provides insights into their individual tendencies and areas for growth. During the live workshop, they will review their profile results, engage in facilitated discussions, participate in reflective activities, and identify personal strategies to strengthen collaboration across diverse teams.
Through self-awareness and guided application exercises, participants will recognize how their behaviors contribute to or hinder team performance, and develop an action plan for applying the Five Behaviors® principles to real-world team situations.
This training is for professionals at any level who want to elevate collaboration, improve team dynamics, and drive better outcomes- whether they lead teams directly or contribute as team members.
