I am a facilitator of transformation, guiding individuals, teams, and organizations through complex transitions and conflict with a trauma-informed approach that builds resilience, trust, and growth. As the founder of The Pace Institute, LLC, established in 2009, I bring expertise as an organizational conflict management specialist and leader, dedicated to strengthening collaboration, trust, and communication at every level.
Through customized training, workshops, group coaching, and intentional facilitation, I create safe, courageous spaces for open dialogue and learning.
