COURSE INFORMATION

Five Behaviors® Practitioner Certification Training price is
$3,990 per participant
This fee includes the required Five Behaviors® Facilitation Kit ($1,495 value), which provides both Team and Personal Development modules and is required for registration.
If you’d like to register five or more participants, please email adash@thepaceinstitute.com for a group rate of $3,540 per person and an invoice for group registration.
Learners will step into the facilitator’s shoes and build competence, confidence, and credibility in delivering Five Behaviors products. Specifically, learners will:

Deepen their understanding of The Five Behaviors® model and key principles

Explore the Five Behaviors solution portfolio: Team Development and Personal Development from two perspectives – the learner and facilitator

Explore how to build, customize, and deliver impactful Five Behaviors learning experiences to address your unique team development training needs

Practice facilitation techniques while receiving feedback from peers in a safe environment

The Five Behaviors® Certification course spans two weeks of learning, combining live, instructor-led sessions with self-guided online learning.
Specifically, participants will:

Complete five asynchronous learning modules (approximately three hours of online coursework per module).

Attend and engage in four live, instructor-led virtual sessions (two hours each).

Present an application project and receive valuable feedback.

Take the final Certification Exam to measure understanding of the key Five Behaviors® concepts (a passing score of 80% is required).
Live sessions are not recorded and are required.

Participants are required to own The Five Behaviors® Facilitation kit (includes Team and Personal Development program modules) , as content in the facilitation kit will be referenced throughout the course. This will ensure participants receive the best learning experience possible. In addition to the kit, learners must also:

Commit to two weeks of self-guided online work, and attend all four instructor-led, virtual classroom sessions.

Complete all self-directed asynchronous learning modules and the course project on time.
-
Earn a passing score on the final exam (80%+).

Have access to the internet and a computer.
Participants will receive login information for the online training center where they’ll begin their self-directed work on the open date of their course. In addition, The Five Behaviors Certification course uses Zoom for live sessions. Participants must ensure their computer can interact successfully with this blended learning course by taking the following steps:

Laptop, desktop computer, or tablet are preferred. Mobile devices are not always compatible with course components.

Virtual classroom sessions require working computer speakers and microphone.

A headset is highly encouraged.

To ensure receipt of all course emails, be sure to add the following to your Email Safe Sender list:

Wiley is recognized by ADT, SHRM*, HRCI**, and ICF for offering Professional Development Credits (PDCs) upon certification completion.
*Wiley is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDC) for SHRM-CP® or SHRM-SCP® recertification activities.
**This program has been pre-approved for 20 credit hours (HR General) towards aPHR®, aPHiR®, PHR® PHRca®, SPHR®, GPHR®, PHRi, and SPHRi™ recertification through HR Certification Institute (HRCI®).
Participants who belong to other professional organizations can request a letter from Wiley that indicates course information, confirmation of course completion, and the number of hours spent on the course. This letter may be used to apply for CEUs at other professional organizations, however Wiley cannot guarantee the organization will accept your coursework for credit.
Payment & Registration
Payment is made to The Pace Institute, LLC, which then submits registration payment to Wiley as an authorized partner. All registration requests, including cancellations or date changes, must be emailed to adash@thepaceinstitute.com.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be requested at least five (5) business days prior to the course open date. A full refund will be provided, minus a $75 administrative fee.
Facilitation Kit Policy
The cost of the Five Behaviors® Facilitation Kit (valued at $1,495) is included in the cost of the training and refunds for the kit cannot be granted. The kit is issued as a digital download upon purchase, and because access cannot be revoked once sent, this cost is non-refundable regardless of when a cancellation is made. Please ensure your registration is final before enrolling.
Session Changes
Wiley allows a one-time change to the Certification course date if a conflict arises. Request for a date change must be submitted at least two (2) business days prior to the course start date. After this time, no changes can be made.
Completion Requirement
Participants who fail to complete the course are not eligible for a refund.
