REAL COLORS
Based on psychologist David Keirsey's Temperament Theory™, Real Colors® is a simple and intuitive personality type test for identifying the four temperaments common to all people. These temperaments are characterized by the colors Blue, Gold, Green and Orange. The test provides users with an effective tool for understanding human behavior, for uncovering motivators specific to each temperament and for improving communication skills.

REAL LEADERSHIP
The strength of a great leader is not in dictating, but in learning how to understand and respect the different strengths and perspectives of others in order to motivate and influence. Using the Real Colors® personality type test as a foundation, the leadership team will explore the strengths of each temperament/"color", how each likes to be led, and will develop a plan on how to motivate others to strengthen their team members.

REAL ISSUES
Team members in the Real Colors®, Real Issues retreat will learn specific techniques that can help them to recognize how the four different temperaments or "colors" react to life's challenges, and how to provide appropriate encouragement and support for each. Using the Real Colors® personality type test as a foundation, the team will work on building confidence, improving communication skills and developing a greater appreciation for others.

REAL STRESS
Stress is a common part of our lives. If not dealt with properly, it can lead to health problems, ruined relationships and performance problems in the workplace. The Real Colors®, Real Stress retreat will allow team members to identify and address common stressors that their team is experiencing and learn key coping skills to manage. Using the Real Colors® personality type test as a foundation, team members will identify things that cause them stress and how they and others behave when experiencing stressful situations.

REAL TEAMs
Team members will learn how to strategically use the Real Colors® concepts when selecting and building workplace teams. Using the Real Colors® personality type test as a foundation, the Real Colors®, Real Teams workshop will teach team members how to better communicate and understand the strengths and perspectives of individuals with different "colors" and recognize the importance of having all four temperament/"colors" represented.
In addition to the Real Colors® team strengthening retreats highlighted above, you have the option of planning a customized retreat or Real Colors® based workshop that will meet the specific needs of your organization.
